We understand that expert Project Controls Management is crucial for the success of your project. That’s why we offer a full range of Project Controls Management services, including Project Forecasting and Budgeting, Resource-Loaded P6 Project Scheduling for all activities, and Earned Value Management (EVM) Tracking and Reporting. Additionally, our Per Diem Validation service ensures that all contractor costs are accurately calculated and justifiable.
DASHBOARD MANAGEMENT
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) provide a way to quantitatively monitor the business from start to finish, without requiring excessive money or effort. By using daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards, stakeholders can stay informed about the performance of the overall project as well as individual portions of the project, in real-time. The dashboards are accessible via the cloud with a smart phone, tablet, or computer, making it easy to track the progress without having to spend unreasonable amounts of money or time. This allows project managers and stakeholders to make informed decisions, and ensure the success of the project, while keeping costs and efforts to a minimum.
SOR / UNIT RATE MANAGEMENT
The Contractor Schedule of Rates (SOR) and Unit Rate Normalization are essential tools for ensuring that the market rates are being used in the project. The contractor’s individual item code mapping is used to accurately reflect the SOR, and the SOR item code changes and negotiations help to ensure that the project is on track. To validate the progress of the project, monthly progress billing validation of installed quantities is performed. Building Information Modeling (BIM) and field quantity surveying are used to confirm the accuracy of the as-built and as-paid amounts. Engineering to field install reconciliations and close out procedures are also performed to ensure that the project is completed to the highest standards. These tools and processes work together to provide a comprehensive and efficient approach to managing the project, from start to finish.
logistics management
Coordinating multi-billion-dollar, time-sensitive, and cost-critical project schedules is a complex and demanding task. Effective warehousing and transportation logistics play a crucial role in ensuring that the project stays on track. On-site and off-site warehousing logistics help ensure that all necessary materials, tools, and equipment are readily available when needed. Tool and equipment transportation logistics are carefully planned and managed to ensure that all items are transported to and from the job site efficiently and safely. Key materials, equipment, and tools are cataloged to keep track of inventory and ensure that everything is accounted for. These logistics processes work in tandem to support the coordination of the project schedule, ensuring that the project stays on track and meets its critical deadlines and budget constraints.
QA / QC MANAGEMENT
Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) Management is a crucial aspect of construction projects. Contractor engagement is a key component of this process, as it helps to establish a partnership between the contractor and the project team. Contractor prequalification is an important step in the selection process, as it helps to ensure that the contractor has the necessary qualifications and experience to perform the work. Contract negotiations play a crucial role in setting expectations and establishing the terms of the agreement. Contractor compliance is essential for ensuring that the work is performed in accordance with the contract, and contractor retention and relationship building help to foster a long-term partnership. These elements work together to support the QA/QC management process, helping to ensure that the project is completed to the highest standards, and that the quality of the work meets the required specifications.
Health & Safety Management
Uprite Construction Management prioritizes the health and safety of all personnel on our job sites. That’s why we offer a comprehensive Health Safety and Environment (HS&E) Program Management service for our clients. DOCUMENT CONTROL MANAGEMENT
Our platform offers a comprehensive solution for document controls management, both internally and externally. The platform is set up to provide a reverse-facing Contractors Portal for external use, where contractors can upload necessary documents and performance data on a daily basis for the internal team to input into a dashboard collection. Additionally, this platform also offers a Contractor Resource Page for all external users, which includes specification, safety programs and data, quality assurance programs, billing and invoicing procedures and forms, client contact information for all areas, a request for information workflow, and a design and drawing distribution and repository. This makes it easy for contractors to access and manage all the necessary information for their projects, while also providing the internal team with a centralized platform for document control management.
